Private Event Rental
Ely's Historic State Theater boasts a state of the art 4K projector, 7.1 surround sound system, and high-definition retractable screen. It's the perfect venue for a private party, business meeting, or corporate retreat.
The State Theater is available for private rentals weekdays 9am - 3pm or weekends 9am - 12pm.

To make a reservation, please reserve your date below and a staff member will contact you to coordinate the details and provide a quote. You will be charged the initial reservation fee up-front to secure the date. This fee is fully refundable should you choose to cancel for any reason up to two weeks before the event date.
1All reservations round up to the nearest full hour. First hour included in reservation.
2Cost is for basic/unsupervised equipment use (such as plugging in a laptop or game console). Additional fees apply for more complex scenarios. Contact us for details.
3Movie viewing costs vary based on the licensing fees of the chosen film.
4Includes small popcorn and small soda per person. Coordinate with a staff member to customize this option.
5Concessions service has a 5 person minimum.
